I feel like people never talk about REALLY positive customer service experiences. I want to share a few of mine. .
1.) I was at @redlobster with my dad and our waiter was AWESOME. Very attentive, polite, funny, and had great recommendations. I told him I loved the rolls so when we left he gave me a whole bag (a total of a dozen!) of the rolls to take home. .
2.) I went to @target and was looking for a wall mirror and adhesive velcro to move into an apartment after a Target mirror fell on the floor and shattered because the adhesive wasn't strong enough. I told an employee what had happened with the mirror and asked if she knew about a stronger adhesive. Not only did she recommend some great products but also gave me 50% off because my other mirror broke. .
3.) I was working super late (like after midnight) I stopped by to grab a pizza at @dominos and I got to chatting with the manager and he gave me some cheesy bread that had been left behind after chatting with me for a few minutes. .
4.) My orthodontist still sends me a birthday e-mail even though I haven't had braces in nearly a decade. .
5.) I bought a top from @modcloth & it got lost in the mail and the person I chatted in with said "OH MY GATO, THERE'S ONE LEFT IN YOUR SIZE AND IT HAS YOUR NAME WRITTEN ALL OVER IT!" and overnighted it. He told me if the other one ever showed up to donate/gift it! (it eventually showed up 2 months later).
So, thank you to people who work in customer service for being so awesome and dealing with a TON of mean people.
