Hello friends!
I still can’t decide on a new name. Clever Little Fox or Frankly My Dear? My gut tells me Clever Little Fox…but Frankly My Dear is SO clever. Gah. Thoughts? Opinions?
This week has been a long one. I’m down to exactly one week with my best friend of 12 years (or 13 or 14 – we don’t know exactly how many but definitely less than 15 but more than 10). And I’m going to miss her like crazy. And I’m teaching this summer. And for every moment that makes it all worth it…there’s a few moments that can make you crazy.
But I decided I wanted to do something fun for fashion…A character look book!
And if you remember – I did a similar thing with Preston a few months ago.
So I got a bunch of outfits out that are inspired by famous characters…either in TV/Film/Literature.
So without further ado – enjoy!
Pennsatucky – Orange is the New Black
So this included a zip up gray hoodie (like the one given in Litchfield!), a white tee, and some khaki bottoms! Season 4 though….Amirite?
John Bender – The Breakfast Club
So Judd Nelson was rocking the red plaid, black bottoms, and denim jacket in this iconic 1980’s movie….although my nostril flare is NOWHERE near as on point as his.
White Rabbit – Alice in Wonderland
So even if I’m late for a very important date – I’m rocking a yellow top, thrift white skirt, a burgundy blazer and a clock clutch.
Tina Belcher – Bob’s Burgers
Much like Tina…I am a strong, sensual, and independent woman…and I can’t pass up a good butt.
Carrie Bradshaw – Sex in the City
Much like Carrie Bradshaw….Shopping is my cardio. Society+ Tutu with a Lane Bryant cami.
Madeline – Children’s Book by Ludwig Bemelmans
In an old house in Pennsylvania…lived one clever little fox…with one straight line… Not quite as clever.
Fiona Goode – American Horror Story: Coven
This coven doesn’t need a new supreme. It needs a new rug.
Jessica Lange is a goddess and I would literally vote for her to be the supreme of anything.
