Happy Friday, Penny Darlings!
I am coming to you (sort of) live from my living room home office! It is windy and chilly today which is a sharp contrast from the GORGEOUS sixty degrees it was yesterday!
But this week has been a whirlwind of wedding planning! Our wedding website went live (check it out here!), our registries are public, we sent save the dates, sent a menu to a caterer, ugh, all the things.
Honestly, this may seem silly, but I am SUPER pumped to share some of the things on our registry. Preston had a really good time walking through Target and pointing at things (like lawn mowers and deodorant) and yelling ‘REGISTERED’ for everything he saw, whether we needed/wanted it.
Ya’ll know me. I’m quirky, retro, a dork, and weird AF. All positive words in my vocabulary. So, obviously, our registry reflects that! I wanted to share a few items on our registry because they’re unique and cool! (and might look perfect at YOUR house too!). I also was a little at a loss when trying to figure out WHAT to register for.
Amazon
So obviously, I picked Amazon because, WHY NOT?! Amazon is THE BEST. You can find literally anything here! I found this amazing tea kettle, that retro record player (that’s also a bluetooth, CD, cassette, and aux cord player!), coffee scented candles (which we burn every single day!), a Wii (because we played Mario Cart the other day and became ADDICTED TO IT, and more!
Target
This is for anyone who HATES online shopping and believes you should only shop in stores! I registered for a fireproof, waterproof, lockable safe because my parents always had one for our birth certificates, social security cards, wills, etc. and it always made me feel better!
I also registered for my dream couch (but the price tag makes it ONLY a dream!), a cool serving platter, and some board games! Board games are super fun, great for entertaining, and something that I don’t have hardly any of!
Bonus: I HIGHLY recommend that everyone gets a new shower head. When we moved in, ours was GARBAGE, and our roommate immediately replaced it with one from his old apartment. LIFE CHANGER. Literal life changer!

These items are items I absolutely LOVE, but I can’t register them! So they get their own little special corner!

We decided to register with Target because we could get nearly everything we needed/wanted there and we didn’t want multiple registries. It’s been fun using their app to add items as we think of them!!
