I’m getting MARRIED this week! Holy bananas, Batman! I still don’t feel like enough of a grown up but I am incredibly blessed to be marrying my best friend in the whole world.
I hope everyone has been patient with my light social media presence. YA GIRL HAS A WEDDING IN SIX DAYS. I’m so nervous and excited. And I keep wanting to put my wedding dress on. I want to live in it.

I have been using Not Your Mother’s brand hair care products for at least the last eight years, RELIGIOUSLY. And literally every product they make, I love even more.
I’ve been obsessed with their Naturals Curly line, the Beach Babe texture spray, the Plump it Up volume gel, dry shampoo, shampoo, conditioner, leave in conditioner, LITERALLY ALL OF IT.
I am totally obsessed.
But there’s a new line out.
It’s the Curl Talk line.
And it is the GAME CHANGER THAT MY HAIR HAS BEEN WAITING FOR.
NYM finally came out with the PERFECT curly girl line. It’s a set with shampoo, 3-1 conditioner, curl defining cream, curl mousse, and curl sculpting gel.
AND LEMME TELL YOU. THESE ARE THE CURLY PRODUCTS I HAVE WAITED FOR MY WHOLE LIFE.
I use the curl defining cream and curl mousse every single day. I just work them into my damp hair. If I need it to last all day with no frizz and no crunch, I finish it off with the sculpting gel! I’ve been using the shampoo every day, and the conditioner I’ve been using as a deep conditioning treatment!
But this curly mousse and defining cream has been the perfect curl combo for daily use. It keep my curls shiny, in place, frizz free, and perfectly boingable.
Literally these photos are me using the shampoo to cleanse and the mousse/cream combo and NOTHING ELSE. Not even hairspray.
